can I cry? seriously..

see that awesome picture?? It is the only one I have left of our trip to Mesa Verde. Our puter crashed and I lost them all! :( BOOHOO!!!

and 5 of my fingers have yucky sores from popped blisters

OUCHIE!!!!

k last night I had an accident! And this is after a day of driving in a blizzard!! lol ok It was cold int he house so I turned on the fireplace. well some times it will blow out and it did. so I turned the gas off and let it sit a bit I couldn't smell it any more and went and turned it ona gain and lit the pilot and POOF! a big flame shot out and ingulfed me!! thank goodness It only singed my hair and burnt four fingers and the tops of my hands! It could have been so much worse! so My pinkys are burnt and both my ring fingers. My fingers are swollen and I can't get my ring off. my knuckles are blistered now. I had to have my hair cut about four inches and I got bangs too. lol all in all I am glad I am the only one who was burnt and I am glad I didn't end up in the ER!!

a quiet moment is all I ask

Don ran up to Logan tonight. I want to put the kids to bed and have some nice quiet. that's all. nothing big. just sit and watch tv without anyone bothering me or maybe read te book I keep picking up and not reading. he should get home about the time I put the kids to bed.

it's monday but is it really??

Not really kids are out of school for Martin Luther King Day.. You know I really wanted to keep up with this and here it is two weeks later!!
Well We have been talking seriously about finding a shop and starting up a business. We even started looking at shops online to rent, buy, lease whatever! Well it kind of sizzled out when we saw prices lol. Don is working hard at work and a guy that owns a shop that he buys exhaust from came in to have some work done and Don was working on it and they talked. He owns a few shops around townincluding a muffler shop (I wont' say names lol) and the contract is about up and he doesn't want to resign the guy that is int he shop right now and offered it to Don!!! can you believe it! We drove by the shop last night and it really needs some cosmetic help! paint, windows fixed. and that is just the outside. Today Don got off work early to go fix this same guys other camper or something. And I am sure they will talk some more about it!! Wow!! I need to spend some time on my knees about this one! Is this really the right thing?? The guy said he can easily make 6 figures. WOW! If something sounds too good to be true can it ever be?? I think it sounds great! Yes I know it will be some major work and sacrifice. But it really would be so great to be able to finally start something we have dreamed so long about!
ok I promise I will write again soon! I jsut needed to get this all out!

Thursday..

well ya here we are kids went back to school yesterday which has actually been really hard I just wanted to chill yesterday. I went to the mall and walked a couple laps with a friend. then I got some pants for Cora it was nice they were all on sale and of a really cute sweater too! I really could have bought soo much more and I sooo wanted to but I held back and didn't!
I am still cleaning up trying to put my house together it has only been a month but I can't remember what was where!
the kids are still trying to catch up on sleep from monday night. I think jacob is having the hardest time!! it is just crazy!
REally there is nothing exciting going on just want to be in the habit of writing!!

I really forget to go on to Myspace and post so I am moving here for the time being! I have been reading friends blogs here for a while and have even started one before but here we go again! A new Year! I can't beilieve it!! "things will be great in 2008!" there's the motto of the year.

I know this year will be a fun and crazy year! so here is an update of the fam!

Don-he is working for Smith Power, he doesn't like it but who does! He LOVES to snowmobile, ATV, camp, fish, talk cars and any other boy thing! He even bought the kids their own ATV's for Christmas!

Sheri-I'm here. I am a stay at home mom which I truely love! I love to help as much as I can at the school and do PTA stuff I love my church calling and all the fabulous people I work with!!

Jacob- He's in 3rd grade!!! He's 9. We got a Wii for Christmas and I can't keep him off it!! He loves to reide his ATV his bike and of course fishing with dad!

Corinne (Cora)-Cora is in 2nd grade she is 7 and preparing to be baptised in early August!! I can't believe it!! She love girl scouts and playing with her friends. She also love shopping and earning the money to do it too!

Owen-4 years old! He is the craziest kid we have!! He has soo much personality! He loves Spongebob and for Christmas all he wanted was one of our decorations that plays music!

Sadie- she is 20 months! fastly approaching her 2nd birthday! She has quite thte personality to! She is constantly on the go! She love to color (on anything including herself!). She is growing so fast her clothes are always either too small or too big!

so there is a quick update for the our family! We do have a fun and exciting year planned!! We will be going to Yellowstone in the summer and hopefully some other mini trips between now and then!
